We have a dock for you to use and 125 feet of totally private beach. Enjoy swimming, fishing and boating. Lounge on our patio and enjoy the lake.
The house offers a full kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware and everything you will need to prepare your meals. Food not included.
We have a nice level beach with a very gradual grade into the water, very nice for young kids and beginning swimmers.
Our westerly view provides awesome sunsets!
The property rental includes 2 houses, the main house with 2 bedrooms each with full sized beds, a full size pullout downstairs and an additional single bed. The newly constructed carriage house/bunk house contains a bunk-room upstairs with 6 twin sized bunk-beds, 2 pullout twin sized love-seats, and a full bathroom with a tub-shower. That's room for 15 guests to sleep! The two homes are connected by a huge deck where you can lounge, grill out and just sit back and enjoy the view.
Just 5 miles from the town of Canandaigua, on the east side of the lake, it's the perfect location for shopping, antiquing, touring nearby wineries and sightseeing.
