Geoca Homes was founded by Peter T. Geoca in 1977 as a Real Estate Company. Early on in his career, Peter worked with builders in a sales and marketing capacity and it was then that he developed a true passion for home building. In 1986, the Home Building branch of Geoca Homes was established and our first home was built. Peter's son, Eric Geoca joined the business on a full-time basis in 2007.
Today, Geoca Realtors and Geoca Homes LLC are thriving businesses that offer our customers personalized service and a wealth of home building knowledge.
